Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the digital products and services provided, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms:
- Access and Waiver: Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the digital product (PDF report, video course, etc.). This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.
- Chargebacks and Service Termination: If a chargeback is initiated against ProfitNotch for any transaction, your access to the product(s) and any associated services will be immediately revoked.
- Access Issues: The inability to access the product(s) immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly. Please contact our support team at abhi@profitnotch.com for assistance if you encounter any access problems.
- Exceptions for Overcharges: The only exception to our no-refund policy will be in cases of a clear technical or human error resulting in a duplicated payment. If you are inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, ProfitNotch will refund the additional transaction(s) upon notification and verification of the error.
By agreeing to these terms, you fully understand that once you are granted access to the product(s), you forfeit any right to a refund.
